At Hockey Direct, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Hockey Direct account and select the 'Returns' option next to your order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your unused items, including all original tags and protective packaging, and include a printout of your return authorization inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
